TERMS OF SERVICE & STORE POLICY
Welcome to sabbir.shop. I build Minecraft server setups, Skript systems, Discord bots, and custom web tools. When you purchase a download, book a commission, or participate on the site, these terms apply to your order.
Both this store and my portfolio site (gg.sabbir.shop) are currently in active beta. Features, payment integrations, and pages are being tuned. If you spot a broken link, a bug, or an issue with your order, please open a ticket on the Bug Tracker or message me on Discord so I can fix it quickly.
1. Digital Downloads & Delivery
Delivery Methods
Digital products (server setups, configs, bot code, and graphic assets) are delivered automatically once payment is verified:
- Google Drive access: Access permissions are added directly to the Gmail address you enter during checkout.
- Direct downloads: Download links generate in your client dashboard with a temporary token to keep the files secure.
Gmail Address Requirement
Please make sure you type your Gmail address correctly at checkout for Google Drive items. If you make a typo, send me a message with your order number or transaction ID, and I will update your access.
Download Links
Direct file links expire after a short window to prevent hotlinking and scrapers. Your access to the item remains available in your dashboard as long as your account is in good standing.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Because digital files and server configurations cannot be returned once delivered, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
When you complete checkout, you agree that your purchase is non-refundable once the download link or Google Drive permission has been issued.
If a file has a bug, is missing an asset, or does not run in the environment described on the product page, let me know. I will patch the problem, update the file, or walk you through setup.
Please message me on Discord (@sabbir.gg_) or email before filing a dispute with your bank or gateway. Filing an unexpected chargeback will cancel your licenses and block your account from future purchases.
3. License and Allowed Usage
When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use and modify it for your own project or server network. Intellectual property and original source files remain with Sabbir Studio.
- Run the setup on your private or public server.
- Edit configs, code, and graphics to suit your needs.
- Use bot scripts in your community Discord.
- Include the asset in your client project if you are setting up their server.
- Re-upload or share files on leak sites or public forums.
- Resell my work as your own independent product.
- Share Google Drive access links with other people.
- Put paid files in public GitHub or open-source repositories.
4. Custom Freelance Commissions
For custom server setups, plugins, Discord bots, and web tools:
Custom work requires a 40% advance deposit to reserve time on my schedule and begin work. The remaining 60% balance is due after I show you a test server or live demonstration and you approve it, before final files or server access are transferred.
Because booking custom work commits dedicated engineering hours, the 40% deposit covers initial planning and development, and is non-refundable once work has started.
We agree on the project brief, timeline, and feature list before starting. Normal revisions within that brief are included. New features or major structural changes requested mid-project will be quoted separately.

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT OR SERVICE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.
Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Sabbir Studio and sabbir.shop are independent. All setups, Skript tools, renders, and bots are original custom works created in line with Mojang Commercial Usage Guidelines.
6. Reviews, Bug Reports, and Comments
When using the bug tracker, suggestions roadmap, or reviews:
- Keep bug reports accurate and detailed so I can reproduce them.
- Write honest reviews based on your actual experience.
- Do not post spam, hate speech, or automated scripts. Accounts that abuse upvotes or endpoints will be rate limited or blocked.
