PRIVACY POLICY & DATA TRANSPARENCY
This page explains what information I collect across sabbir.shop and sabbir.gg, why it is stored, and how you can have it removed. I only collect what is needed to process orders, deliver files, coordinate custom work, and run community features.
Payment gateways handle card details directly. My server never stores card numbers or CVVs.
Your email and contact handles are never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
You can request full removal of your profile and order records anytime.
1. What Information Is Collected and Stored
Account and Sign-in Data
When you sign in using Google, Discord, or an email magic link:
- Account ID: An internal unique ID assigned to your account.
- Logins: Your Google account ID (
google_id) or Discord ID (discord_id) for passwordless authentication. - Name and email: The display name and primary email address provided by your login provider.
- Profile details: Avatar URL, custom username (
@username), short bio, role badge, and public or private profile setting. - Delivery email: A designated Gmail address for automated Google Drive asset permissions.
Orders and Payment Records
When you buy a product or book a commission:
- Order details: Order number (such as
#SAB-1024), purchased items, currency (BDT, USD, INR), prices, tips, and timestamps. - Contact details: Your name, billing email, delivery Gmail, and Discord or WhatsApp handle if provided for custom project updates.
- Payment verification: The payment method used (bKash, Nagad, Upay, Bank, Binance Pay, LTC, USDT, USDC, or automated gateways), sender account or phone number, and transaction ID so I can verify payment.
- Custom commission notes: Project brief details, deadlines, and agreed milestone payments (40% upfront deposit, 60% completion balance).
- Saved cart drafts: If you start checkout and enter an email, items are saved temporarily so you can pick up where you left off.
Bug Reports, Suggestions, and Reviews
When you participate in community feedback features:
- Bug reports: Issue title, category, affected URL, description, steps to reproduce, optional contact handle, reporter name, browser details (
browser_info), upvotes, and public comments. - Roadmap suggestions: Feature ideas, status tags, and upvote counts.
- Reviews: Star rating (1 to 5), review text, project title, and reviewer name.
- Community tips: Amount, supporter display name, message, and public or anonymous preference.
AI Studio and Chat Queries
When chatting with the AI Studio at /services/ai:
- Real-time processing: Messages are sent to secure inference endpoints (OpenRouter API) to generate Minecraft configs, scripts, or project briefs on the fly.
- No model training: Prompts are not used to train public machine learning models.
- Good habit: Do not enter passwords, private keys, or personal banking info into the chat box.
2. What I Do Not Collect or Store
Card numbers, expiration dates, and 3-digit CVV security codes are handled directly by payment processors. My server never sees or stores card numbers.
I never ask for and never store your personal bKash, Nagad, or bank PINs or passwords. Manual payments require only your sender number and transaction ID.
Because all products are digital files or remote freelance services, I do not collect physical street addresses or track your physical location.
There are no Facebook pixels, behavioral ad trackers, or third-party marketing brokers on this site.
3. Third-Party Services
A few established services help run downloads, emails, and infrastructure:
Grants view access to Google Drive folders containing your purchased downloads.
Sends order confirmation receipts, access links, and sign-in verification emails.
Provides DDoS defense, caching, and rate limiting to protect the site from bot attacks.
Runs the language models in the AI Studio (Studio Pro, Fast, Deep) for script and config generation.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
The site uses cookies and browser local storage for practical features:
- Sign-in sessions: Secure session cookies (
auth_session/token) that keep you logged in to your dashboard. - Shopping cart: Local storage preserves items in your cart so you do not lose them when navigating between pages.
- Settings: Remembers your sound effects mute setting (
sfx_muted) and preferred currency (BDTorUSD). - Offline bug drafts: Temporarily caches submitted bug reports locally so you do not lose text if your connection drops.
5. How to Request Data Deletion
You have the right to review your stored account details, correct any inaccurate information, or have your account and records permanently deleted.

Please include your account email or a recent order number so I can confirm your identity. Your profile, cart drafts, and saved contact handles will be permanently removed from the database within 7 business days.
